Word Around Performed - But no luck

First Approach -

1. Removing “temp” files
2. Removing “%temp%” files
3. Removing cache history from Chrome and IE
Checking with user
4. Still not working -> uninstall SmartView – Restart Computer (Registry setting will establish) -> Install Smartview (will work definitely)
Second Approach -

1) Remove the user from the groups she is assigned currently.
2) Refresh security planning
3) Add the user back to groups
