User issues in MFP Bottom Up- screen gets blank while performing activities

Hello Experts,

Attached is Excel template documented by user for 2 issues.Can we please urgently let us know circumstances of these issue.

1.After committing, try to navigate to next tab (by inputting class group in Find and hitting down arrow) and the tabs would go blank and the screen would freeze.I also could not switch Class Groups using the Develop Plan menu option or Logout using the Logout button.  I  would have to manually close MFP and re-open if I wanted to switch to a different class group.

2.Trying to export Report in workbook. Instead of the Export pop up appearing, a blank white screen pops up.
