local web fails to invoke; IE registry error in the localwebdebug logs

Hi,

Local web on one of the FAT clients fails to invoke. It points to some registry settings. Below is the error :-

Jun 25 22:06:06.987 - 4380/4028 web application server is signaled to start.

Jun 25 22:06:17.333 - 4380/1268 Failed to open registry key for Internet Explorer. We are probably running Vista or higher Microsoft OS verion that does not have registry key for Internet Explorer

Jun 25 22:06:17.333 - 4380/1268 Trying to launch Internet Explorer with the Internet Explorer path set to iexplore.exe

Jun 25 22:06:18.364 - 4380/1268 Http send request failed. Web application server may not be up

  Jun 25 22:06:18.364 - 4380/1268 web application server is signaled to start

OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 and IE11
