How to schedule the SO when on-hand qty is zero and only present open PO supply

SO scheduling is failing when we do not have on-hand stock & only present other supplies (In-transit Shipments, Open PR, PO). The scheduling failed while booking and also schedule program with different types of scheduling type did not populate the SSD and sales order line scheduling failed with below error in the log file:

Error: Scheduling failed: Cannot meet request date or latest acceptable date. Available Date: 11-JUL-18

It’s not populating the SSD in to SO lines and status still at ‘Book’ and did not progress.

‘Schedule Program’ will update the ‘SSD’ only when the on-hand stock comes in and not for other supplies.
