Compressed Zipped Folder Error while uploading Web ADI to Oracle in R12.2.7

Hello All

Have anyone faced the below error while uploading the Web ADI to Oracle?

Error: The specified directory C:\Users\JKLPIN\AppData\Local\Temp\bnerad3AD67\bne\xl is empty, so Compressed (zipped) Folders cannot add it to the archive.

We are on Oracle R12.2.7 version.
