Siebel IP.11 - Orphan Manifest Records

Hi Team,

We are frequently seeing this issue.

When we take export repository, it is failing due to below errors. These are orphan records and when we delete the failed foreign key: 3-CYKSYF4 record from backend, the repository export gets successful.

Again, after few days of development, we are getting the same issue.

Please suggest on the issue. We are on IP16.11 windows 2008 servers now.

2018-06-23 20:21:15   Table 351, S_UI_OBJ_EXP_FL, row: null has foreign key: 3-CYKSYF4 has not been defined in parent table S_UI_OBJ_EXPR.

2018-06-23 20:21:15   Total: 1 rows have not been defined in table S_UI_OBJ_EXPR.
