What Quality Collection Transaction to use with IR/ISO and Move Order Replenishment

Hi:

We store most of our inventory in a 3rd party warehouse due to limited storage space in our building.  The 3rd party warehouse is about 3 hours away  from our office.  We have setup min-max to replenish in house inventory.  Min-Max will create either IR/ISO or Move Order Replenishment to move from 3rd party subinventory to our store subinventory.  Third party operation will not be able to do incoming inspection for us at the time they receive against a PO and deliver to their warehouse; we can only do inspection when we either receive against the IR or Transact Move
