Note to Quote approver

Team,

We are in 12.1.3 version.

We are using quote functionality which is in Order Management. Business need to pass some additional note to approver when we submit the draft for approval.

Is there any were we can pass the additional note on the quote and the same will be visible on quote approval work list?

Appreciated for any suggestion ...!
