Personal Forms manager Error

Hi

i have this error when i try to save a personal form (the box were you are supose to give a name to you from doesnt come up)

In the Web server log i have this...

[SEVERE][E1MENU]ObjectManagerService(): Exception occured: null java.lang.NullPointerException

i checked all security/next number setting, everything look ok

Im able to create Query, Grid, watchlist, etc

Only have a problem with personal form

Someone have an idea/saw this before?
