If an Item is not included in a basket then apply an item group adjustment

Hi,

The scenario that the customer needs to implement is the following:

A specific item is included in a Basket adjustment. The same item is also included in an item group adjustment.

If a sales order that the above item is included does not qualify the basket adjustment then the item group adjustment to be applied.

Has anyone ever worked with such a scenario so as to can help?
