MSS Transfer employee help

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Working on customizing that HR_EMP_TRANSFER_JSP_PRC workflow. What I am trying to do is modify it so an employee's manager defaults to the current manager of whichever location they are transferred to. I have a procedure that will update the assignment record, but I can't find an attribute within the workflow that holds the location_id I need.
