ESS - Changing EE personal A/B info and Emergency Contacts
Hello,
This client wants to allow employees to change their personal information using Self-service i.e. mailing address, phone, and emergency contacts.
I have never done that before and I am looking for some kind of document that would provide guidance for accomplishing that.
Searching the Oracle KG, I have found the following document: Employee Self-Service Checklist (Doc ID 625890.1) but even with this document, it is not obvious as to how to proceed, both from a setup perspective as from an employee's perspective. My understanding from reading this document is that somehow I need to go through the following steps:
