What Causes Maintenance Workbench Forecast And Simulate/Generate PM Work Order Program to Hang for a specific SET NAME with Meter Readings in PS Schedule?

We have a recurring issue when we click the SIMULATE button in Forecast Work Orders form. It hangs and never returns output.

This only happens for a specific PM SET Name.

The PM Schedules attached to the Set Name has Meter Readings in Runtime Rules.

The same issue occurred the same day of the previous week during our weekly schedule to run Forecast Work Order.

The work around did are the following:

3. Recompile apps schema for EAM using adadmin utility.
