Ckeck of components availability before Work Order release

Please could you help me on a topic regarding our Job release process:

We need to check the components availability before releasing a job in the WIP

In fact I think (please could you confirm) that the only way to make easily the check is to use the WIP discrete Job view, enabling to see the required qty of the components,

BUT,

• it seems that I see only the components qty on-hand and not the available
• After the release in the WIP and the request of the picking list, I check the available qty of the components (inventory search) and don’t see any evolution of the available ( detailed sequence in attach)
