Demantra Performance Issue

One of our user alone experiencing slowness of Demantra and its working fine for rest. We checked that user system has 8 GB RAM and RAM utilization is normal. IT team confirmed that user system is running normal without any performance issues. What would be the other possible cause for demnatra slowness? Please suggest your inputs.
