Sonus/Ribbon PSX for Route Redirection

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hey all,

Looking to see if any of you might have some tips and tricks how any of you have accomplished route redirection via PSX and SIP redirection. Years ago I did this via LRT to push traffic from specific originating realms to specific number ranges and or all number ranges to send an INVITE to the PSX SIP adapter. PSX would respond with a 302 MOVED with multiple contacts, we would use those as our next-hop.

Wondering if this is still the way and if anyone is still currently using this method for route selection.
