Question regarding Request Approval From Approver timeout

Hi:

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

We just recently implement GL in our local instance.

The question is about journal approval Request Approval From Approver timeout seems to be default set to 7 days. If we want to extend this setting to 14 days, beside to open the workflow in workflow builder and change the setting, is there a way to change it through EBS application itself?

Also, if say for 7 days the approver did not respond to the notification at all the it has expired, what would happen next? Will it automatically go to the next approver or do we have to restarted this workflow over again? Gurus, please advise. Thank you.
