JAS - knowledge prospect

Hello,

TR- 9.1.3.1

AR- 9.0

DB -db2

JAS - weblogic 11g ( 10.3.6.0), windows 2008 R2

The query is just for knowledge prospect .

In our environment when ever i have to reboot the JAS machine, i used to stop the JAS (instance) through server manager and then reboot the machine.

and after system getting up i start the HTML instance through SM.

Now i have few query regarding this  :

Query 1 - Is there any possibility is there that the HTML server starts itself  without manually starting the HTML instance through server manager after JAS machine reboot.

Query 2 - What is the frequency of rebooting the JAS machine.
