Demantra 12.2.6 fresh install - cannot log in into Business Modeler with user dm or ptp or rtsop

Hello, I installed Demantra 12.2.6 in my test environment with windows 10, and I cannot log in into Business Modeler with user dm or any other component owners.

Business Modeler can connect to DB, I see the screen where to put the user name and password, but every time I enter credentials I receive "Invalid user name or password"

To be sure, I executed the ENCRYPTION.UPDATE_PASSWORD('dm','welcome');  to reset the password to "welcome" value, but still I receive the "Invalid user name or password" message.

It seems to be a problem of Business Modeler application

Has anyone faced a similar issue?
