MPA Accounting problem!

Hi ,

My client uses MPA Invoices ,and when he entered an MPA invoice he accidentally click-ed create accounting from Action button and not from the concurrent program "Create Accounting" so the invoice is accounted but  MPA is not generated.I have also tried to run "Create Accounting" from concurrent program but still MPA is not generated.

Please advise what to do ,its kind of emergency.
