Contract Billing Line - not enough Decimal points in QTY field

Hello,

Curious if any other users have ran into this issue where in the Contract Billing Line (P5202) the field called QTY F5202.U does not give you enough decimal points for your business scenarios?

I believe there is an OVERALL/GOBAL setting for this, but wanted to see if we can make this field in the contract billing module greater than 2 decimal points ?

Any ideas ?

( we are on 9.2 tools 9.2.1.0.2, but will be on the latest tools release in Nov 2018)
