How to address OEM install agent problem or where I can download OEM agent software (12.1.0.5) ?

where I can download OEM (12.1.0.5) agent software (12.1.0.5) ?   I need to install on an Oracle DB server.   

Actually, I tried to push out agent install from OMS (12.1.0.5).   for some reason, I cannot find this DB server from my OMS OEM "setup --> add target -->  Add target using guided process" page.    But I can ping the server from the OMS server.    Then, I tried to use "Add target --> Add host".   The host is Linux 86-64.   Got error:  "The following validation errors were detected for the details provided for Linux x86 hosts."       Where is my problem ?
