Is there a setting to stop the R13800 from including units for non-hour pay codes while calculating

Hello,

We currently use payroll work order recharge.  The recharge pay codes include meal allowance.  When running the R13800 the units for the meal allowance are adding into the Actual Hours.  We are unable to use the hours generated by the R13800 for reporting as the Actual Hours updated in the F4801 and the F3112 are overstated by these types of pay codes.  The Actual Hours/Quantities displayed on the P48218 and the P13732 are overstated for the same reason.  In our general ledger we are able to turn off the units from coming over for these types of pay codes which
