Query on new plan addition P08320
Hi
We are setting up new Benefit groups, Plan and plan rates for our customer in E9.2. Have completed the process, but have queries on population of some field values in Plan master .
Here is the steps done
- Added the new benefit group (06/BG)-P00191
- Linked the existing group category with benefit group (P08350)
- Assigned the plan to this benefit group (P08351) and confirmed that benefit structure is reflecting the correct benefit /plan structure
- Added the plan details in plan master (P08320) and then added plan options (P083202) and corresponding plan rates (P083203). All details are updated correctly.
- Review the details in plan master P08320 and noticed that Enrolled (Y/N) flag is defaulted as N . Guess need to run batch enrollment R083800 to enable the enrollment of employees to this new benefit group/plan. Still the flag Enrolled Y/N is showing value as N. Not sure , am missing any step in the above process.
