I CAN NOT FIND MY TRX NUMBER

HI

i have an important issue, i have TRANSACTION_NUMBER IN "XLA.XLA_TRANSACTION_ENTITIES" table but i can not find this TRANSACTION_NUMBER in the main table "AR.RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_ALL"

please tell me what can i do?
