Where do we set the host type concurrent request variable?

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

So, for the host type concurrent request, generally developer only start from using 6th parameter for user defined variable. From $0 to $4 is oracle EBS reserved variable, my question is where in the server do we setup for the $0 to $4 parameter? Gurus, please advise.

$0: The shell script to be executed

$1: Oracle user/password

$2: Applications user_id

$3: Application user_name

$4: Concurrent program request_id
