What Changes Occur To Service Contracts When A Customer Product/IB instance is replaced by another I
Hi,
I am trying to find what change happens to service contract when an IB instance is replaced by another IB instance.
My observation till now is - existing service contract on old IB is terminated and the service contract is transferred to NEW Ib instance. Can anyone please let me know from where this behavior defaults? and can this behavior be changed? As I don't want the service contract to get transferred to new IB instance. It should only get terminated.
