Converting Amount in Words in Mongolian Language

Hello All, Got stuck on one issue while working in Mongolia - In Automatic Payment, Client has a specific format for payment which is submitted to bank for payment, which is in Mongolian Language.                              - Do we have business function to convert the Date to words and Convert numeric Value (Amount) in words in Mangolian Language                 - What needs to be done if user want all the Application column header, reports  should work dynamically based  User profile Language change. If it "E" should be  in                   English and if put Mongolian then should be  in Mongolian Language Thanks in Advance. Jayk
