Oracle Forms 12c & Microsoft Network Load Balance NLB Troubleshooting

Hi - we are upgrading from 10g to 12c and currently use NLB to load balance the connections.  Management wants to minimize config changes during the upgrade, so we need to keep NLB for now.  We are aware that there are many better alternatives to NLB, but management says we need to use it.

I have two hosts running WLS/Forms and things are working well.  I cannot get a successful connection to Forms via the NLB Front End.  Can anyone help us figure this out?   Thanks in advance!

  • Cluster Front End:  CLUSTER_1 ( xxx.xxx.xxx.10)
