How to override the unit price at PO level

User has raised catalogue requisition and the price has been defaulted from the item master.

Since there is a change in the unit price, buyer wants to override the price at the PO level but he is not able to override it.

Kindly let us know is there any setup or profie option to override the unit price (12.2.5)?
