Initiator and receiver same

Hello All,

How we can setup initiator only receive the recipient notification in AGIS?

Ex: A is initiating the transactions from US entity to UK entity.  In this case initiator only need to receive the recipient notifications.  (Initiator act as recipient as well he only approves the notification).

How we can achieve this functionality?
