Is EBS 11i certified on Oracle Cloud?

Getting Started with Oracle E-Business Suite on Oracle Cloud (Doc ID 2066260.1) descrbies as below:
Can I run older releases of Oracle E-Business Suite (such as Release 11i) or older releases of Oracle Database (such as 11.2.0.3) on Oracle Cloud?

In principle, any workload that you can run in a certified on-premises environment can also run in Oracle Cloud.

However, before you attempt a cloud migration of Oracle E-Business Suite, we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of the product in question, for reasons that include the following:

     Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 11i and 12.0, and Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.3), are all under Sustaining Support, which means that no new fixes will be provided.
