ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_ACCEPTANCE_UTIL Procedure Default_Contingency_Attributes

When creating a sales order line, I get this error and on clicking OK the line gets priced. I ran BAM and De-Norm jobs to see if that fixes the issue but I see the issue recurring.

ORA-01403: no data found
