Hi Support Team,

We are trying to approve price changes in the system and most of them are coming back to worksheet status.

System throws the following error:

@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS.PK_RPM_PC_TICKET_REQUEST) violated@2RPM_CC_PUBLISH.STAGE_PC_MESSAGES

We tried creating price changes for both tran_level 1 and 2 items. Few records go back to worksheet status each time.

We are on version 12.

Could any of you advise on this issue?
