Our client wanted to know on How to print a pdf copy of a PO that is already in Closed/Completed Status. The dispatch method for this closed PO is "email".

We ran the Print PO (POPO005) process and system is printing pdf for the Closed/Complete PO that has a dispatch method of "Print", but not printing a pdf if the dispatch method is "email"

We also ran the Dispatch PO process for Closed PO where the dispatch method is "email" . Please see below screen. We selected the Print Copt = 1 and when run the POPO005 or the PODISP Job, system is sill not printing any printable pdf of the PO. Did we missed any step or is this a bug.
