ISERIES multi foundation

Hello,

We are implementing multi foundation on new system 9.2, we go through procedure of ISERIES enterprise server, after copy subsystem library with new name (E920SYS) to (E920SYSNTR) then we created subsystem description JDEE920NTR, we have to sign to ISERIES using ONEWORLD user to verify library list , we should be prompted between two system foundations (E920SYS & E920SYSNTR), but the sign in goes directly to A98OWMNU for old release.
What is the problem? or do we missed any step?

in correct setup, we should have similar screen when sign on with ONEWORLD:

what on our system 9.2, when sign on to as400 using oneworld we directly have a98owmnu:
