Default Contract transfer option to "No Updates" when completing a Transfer Owner via Mass Update

We would like the contract transfer option to default to "No Updates to Contracts" when performing a Transfer Owner via Mass Update. Does anyone know how this default can be changed?

I explored doing a OAF personalization to change the default, but it seems that is not possible for a this type of LOV?
