OAF personalization to set default selection for LOV

I know this question has been asked already, but I have not been able to find the solution for my specific situation. I need to be able to change the default on this LOV from "Transfer and Terminate" to "No Updates to Contracts". I have following the instructions for OAF personalization LOV defaults but it is not working. Those instructions only seem to work for LOV's similar to the Contract Status field located a little below the section I've circled in the attached screen print.

Any suggestions on how to achieve what I'm looking for, would be greatly appreciated.
