Changing apps and applsys passwords on the primary site, any steps needed to be done on the physical

If changing apps and applsys passwords with FNDCPASS on the primary site, is there any additional step to be performed on the physical standby to reflect the change?

I am worried about any files that FNDCPASS might change in the file system that might not be reflected on the standby.  (system: EBS 12.1.3 with DB 12.1.0.2)
