Enhanced Baskets error "No price found for mandatory adjustment"

We are trying to utilize enhanced baskets to generate pricing for accumulated quantity between multiple item groups, but receiving an error when attempting to re-price the order using the form exit in order entry.  Error is "No price found for mandatory adjustment".  I assume there is a problem with the set up, but have tried different combinations of the accumulation & pricing rues with no success.  Worked with document 625666.1. to complete the set up using basis code = 5.  Any assistance is appreciated.  Thanks.
