Read many different blogs and posts about recreating standby controlfile. If some of the datafiles are to be restored due to corruption or lost, recovering any block corruption of datafile from certain SCN. Why in these cases recreating a standby controlfile is recommended  ?  What is exact reason to recreate controlfile  in such situation ?
Yes we may want to recreate if my standby contorfile is corrupted or lost.
