System generated types

We are seeing system generated types, where the names begin with "SYSTPb".

We would like to know when they are generated and how do we identify the code
which triggers generation. Also, our types and objects have grants to PUBLIC,
when we check the dba_tab_privs table, though we never explicitly gave grants.
We do not want that to happen. How do we prevent it.
