Folks,

I have a T4 running Solaris 11.3 SRU 33. I have installed QFS using the IPS process and, according to the procedures, ran the following: /opt/SUNWsamfs/util/sam-qfs-post-install.

If anyone can give me some ideas as to where to start looking, i would appreciate it. I have attempted to create a filesystem, and the process does not complete - all the files (fstab, mcf, hosts.FSNAME) all get modified, but the actual filesystem does not get created. At the moment, i am making the assumption the two are related.
