Budget on hold(Job cost budget)

Hi,

When create PO, the PO get on-hold, the budget still available.

Please refer below setup:

P4310 processing option

Hold order constants

Original budget for (xxx.100601.800701)

Latest PO enter and get B1 Hold.

Based on file in f0902, the available budget is 'JA-(AA+PA)', the available budget should be 29854285.

JA=42495623, AA=6047655, PA=6593683.

Please refer attach file (budget_hold.xls) with extraction on f0902, f4301, f4311 and f43199.

Please advice why this PO get on hold?

Version : 8.10

Attach also F0901 for PG1702006.800701.100601
