Oracle EAM integration with Building Management System

We are starting a new project to integrate Oracle EAM with Building Management System of an entire Building Complex. Our current plan is to integrate with the alerts coming from BMS. We also plan to integrate few sensors for monitoring and triggering condition based Work requests. Just wondering if anybody has done a similar integration before?
