How to find files in AD_Files Tables that contain header?

Hi,

I need to find which object are getting affected when a patch is applied corresponding to request Id . I came to know that there are some files present in AD_FILE table that contain header and objects are present in it. But I am unable to find files because not all the files contains header ? My task is limited to .sql files only.
