EBS 12.1.3

Issue APP-OFA-47434 you must post mass addition before your can retire this asset. Message pops up when you try as below

Navigate Asset workbench --> Enter Asset number & Book Name Click Find

This will open the Assets form.

Click on retirement , Enter the Books name.

This will pop up the message in the subject
