Tool Release Upgrade from 9.1.3.x to 9.2.x.x in Application 9.1

My Customer will change their AS400 OS level from V7R1 to V7R3 but they are running JDE 9.1 on tool 9.1.3.

The MTR said it should be upgraded tool release to 9.2.x.x for OS V7R3

I found your 2017 posted about something similar. Will it work for my case ?

Below are the high level steps involved in 9.2.1.0 Tools Release upgrade on 9.1

> Before starting the Tools Release Upgrade make sure your E1local database is Upgraded to E1local 12c. You can refer below document
