We have an issue where RTE's are triggered twice while splitting the order line with P4205.

We have an issue where RTE's are triggered twice while splitting the order line with P4205. This, in turn, triggering two XML's to our Manhattan WMS system resulting in shipping double the ordered product.in E1 order has  1 and 1.100 where WMS has 1,1.100 and 1.1.
