Xenvironment giving password expired error

Hi Team,

We have enabled Xenvironment shell in our environment, but now we are stuck because it is giving password expired error (with all the user id/passwords which are working in Xstore) while we are trying to open explorer or command prompt through Xenv.

What is the way to resolve this issue?
